Due to the nature of our job in customers homes, it is our company policy that any person or persons classed as vulnerable, through age, health or physical well-being, is cared for in the correct manner by either next of kin, family member or a legal carer. We cannot take any responsibility for the care of a vulnerable individual during the duration of work being carried out. This includes the safe distance between our work area and the person in question.
The company is not liable for any slips, trips or accidents which may occur during work being carried out if they are not cared for in the correct manner at all times.
Although we do not accept liability if the correct care is not provided, We will always endeavour to look after our customers and their property to keep them as safe as possible at all times.
